Tom Darlow

Tom Darlow is a Co-Founder of Artic (2022–Present), where they aim to fix fragmented tools by coordinating factory and site from one control point to reduce rework and prevent last-minute surprises across manufacturing and delivery. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Let's Demo (2013–2015) and Fruitful (2014–2016). They were Head of Product at Patchwork Health (2018–2019) and Lighthouse (2019–2021), led product development at Sea Level Research as Product Lead (2016–2017), and worked as a Business Expert - Product at Sage (2013–2019). They were Director at Afroleft (2008–2014). They earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Business from the University of Liverpool (2007–2010).
