Mark Dempsey

Mark Dempsey is a Senior EU Advocacy Officer at ARTICLE 19. Prior to this role, Mark was a Team Leader at B&S Europe and a Senior Researcher at Hertie School. Mark has also worked as a EU policy consultant, tech policy researcher, and mentor. Mark has vast experience in public policy consultancy, online safety, and financial regulation. Mark holds a Master's degree in European Economic & Public Affairs and has completed various programs on AI, governance, and ethics. Mark's expertise spans across different regions such as MENA, Iraq, Jordan, and India.
