Ben Gildin

Ben Gildin is a Co-Founder at Article 41 and has held various positions in the legal field. They served as Senior Counsel at IAC from 2015 to 2022 and as General Counsel at Newco, an IAC Incubator, from 2020 to 2023. Their previous experience includes being an Associate at Quinn Emanuel, where they achieved significant trial victories and provided counsel on complex litigation matters. Gildin also co-founded Upside Music, serving as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Operations, focused on a digital marketplace for music royalties. They earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College.
