Matthew Duffy has diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Matthew started their career as a Store Manager at Club Monaco, where they excelled in store operations, sales, and customer service. Following that, they worked as a Retail Director for Puma's Black Label, where they collaborated with designers and managed marketing initiatives. Matthew then worked as a Freelance Operations Director for Calvin Klein Collection. In 2012, they joined co:collective as an Account Director, leading client and internal teams in innovation projects. Matthew later served as an Account Director at The Cooke Wax Partnership. In 2014, they became an Account Director at Article Group, where they were responsible for strategic and tactical leadership. Matthew then transitioned to Director of People Operations & Culture at the same company before assuming their current role as Group Engagement Director. Throughout their career, Matthew has worked with notable clients such as Amazon, Google, and Puma Black Label.

Matthew Duffy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
