Bob Shields

Bob Shields is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system administration, technical support, and customer service. Currently serving as a System Administrator for Communication and Collaboration Tools at Articulate since February 2021, Bob has also held multiple IT specialist roles, contributing to companies such as Panopto and Proofpoint. A foundation in customer support was established through positions at Proofpoint and Think Through Learning Inc. Bob's technical skills are complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Animation from the University of Portsmouth and a recent certification in Full Stack Software Development from Academy Pittsburgh.
