Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith is an accomplished content production manager and writer with extensive experience in content creation and marketing. Currently working at Articulate since November 2020, Jennifer's responsibilities include researching and writing original content, editing and proofreading, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce engaging content. Prior to Articulate, Jennifer founded WordSmith Service, providing copywriting and strategy consulting services. Experience at Pitch Deck Fire involved creating narratives for startups, while earlier roles at Foxhollow Farm and Atria Senior Living Group focused on marketing and community engagement. Jennifer holds a Master of Fine Arts in Media from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Humanities from Milligan College, with additional studies in French Language and Literature.
