Katie Riggio

Katie (Gokhshteyn) Riggio is an accomplished Technical Writer at Articulate, with extensive experience in customer support and community engagement. Since December 2017, Katie has leveraged insights from the Customer Happiness team to create clear and actionable content for e-learning applications. As the founder and moderator of the Disability Alliance Employee Resource Group, Katie advocates for inclusion and accessibility while supporting employees with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
