Renae Schultz

Renae Schultz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Articulate since October 2021, Renae previously held the position of Customer Success Manager. As the Owner and Founder of A Girl’s Best Friend Bakery, an at-home bakery specializing in treats for both humans and dogs, Renae has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills since May 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Educational Sales Specialist at Lincoln Electric, where the focus was on B2B sales of advanced technology welding trainers. Renae also contributed to American Greetings in various roles, including Assistant Merchant Manager and Account Manager, managing relationships and driving sales for major retail accounts. Renae's career began at Skechers as a Sales Associate and included a student managerial position at Dividends Cafe. Renae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University, earned in 2012.
