Tyler Braddick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, account management, and audio engineering. Currently serving as a Manager and previously holding roles including Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Articulate since April 2020, Tyler has developed a strong skill set in client relations and technical solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Rent-A-Nerd, Inc. as a Small Business Technician and at Sounds Like Audio, LLC as an Audio Engineer, among others. Tyler's career began at Apple Inc. as a Family Room Specialist, and Tyler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of New Orleans, complemented by A/V Technician experience from the same institution.
