Nabil Faruk

Nabil Faruk is a Senior Scientist in Computational Chemistry at QuantX Biosciences since February 2023. Previously, Nabil worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Chicago from August 2015 to February 2023, where Nabil ran simulations on membrane protein unfolding and developed computational models for protein interactions. Nabil completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Biophysical Sciences at the University of Chicago (2015-2021) and holds a Master of Science in Chemistry Nanotechnology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Nabil's research experience includes significant contributions to bioinformatics studies, molecular dynamics, and spectroscopic predictions across various projects at prestigious institutions, including MIT and multiple roles at the University of Waterloo.
