Michael Cirami

Michael Cirami is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Artisan Partners, leading the EMsights Capital Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Artisan Emerging Markets Debt Opportunities, Global Unconstrained, and Emerging Markets Local Opportunities Strategies. Prior to this role, Michael spent 18 years at Eaton Vance as Vice President and Portfolio Manager, co-directing the emerging markets team with a focus on the Eurozone, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Michael holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in Economics from the University of Mary Washington, along with additional education at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
