Dan Brooking is the Chief Technology Officer at Artisan Ventures and has a robust background as a full stack web developer. With a preference for Ruby on Rails, Node.js/Express, and React, Dan has extensive expertise in code optimization, database development, CI/CD, cloud computing, and systems architecture. They previously held significant roles, including Senior Lead Application Developer at Perspecta, where they led projects aimed at integrating applications for the Department of Homeland Security. Dan also co-created a communication system for brokerage firms and has served as the Director of Engineering at GrapevineAI. Educated with a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, they continue to drive technological innovation in their current roles.
