Parker Painter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Parker started their career in 1994 at Artizen, where they served as a Consulting Practice Director. In this role, they managed projects for clients and provided project management consulting services. Parker also led Agile transformations using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

In 1994, Parker also joined Cisco Systems as an Artizen Consultant. During their tenure, they worked on various projects including ERP and CRM implementations, custom-built e-commerce implementations, web platform infrastructure architecture, and PMO consulting. Parker also gained experience in Oracle applications and large-scale project management. Parker remained with Cisco Systems until July 2018.

Between 1998 and 1999, Parker worked at Canon, Inc. as an Artizen Consultant. Here, they served as the project lead for CRM implementation, focusing on field service, call centers, contracts, and spare parts logistics.

In the early 2000s, Parker worked at Menerva Technologies as an Artizen Consultant for a year. Parker then joined Blue Coat Systems in 2008, where they contributed to the development of the Siebel CRM system roadmap and provided project management oversight for CRM projects delivered by Artizen project teams.

In 2010, Parker joined McAfee as an Artizen Consultant. Parker worked on various projects until July 2012 when they moved to Electronic Arts as an Artizen Consultant. Parker'srole at Electronic Arts lasted until April 2013.

From September 2012 to April 2014, Parker worked at NetApp as an Artizen Consultant. Parker then joined VMware in January 2014, where they remained until June 2015 in the same role.

Most recently, in 2018, Parker began working at ServiceNow as an Artizen Consultant.

Throughout their career, Parker has gained extensive experience in project management, consulting, Agile transformations, ERP and CRM implementations, and large-scale project management.

Parker Painter has a strong education background with multiple degrees and certifications. Parker obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies between 1973 and 1977. Later, in 1979 to 1981, Parker pursued their MBA in Finance from the University of Florida.

In terms of certifications, Parker undertook SAFe SPC Training in an unknown year, but it must have taken place before 2014 as they obtained their certification as a Scaled Agile Framework - Program Consultant. This training equipped him with expertise in Agile methodologies.

Parker further expanded their skillset by completing their Prosci Certification in Change Management from Prosci in 2016. Parker continued to enhance their knowledge in this field by also obtaining a certification in Prosci Change Management (ADKAR) in 2017.
