Joseph Parker

Joseph Parker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading HR strategy and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Artlist since October 2020, Joseph oversees the full employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Previous roles include managing HR teams at Epos Now and Norse Group Limited, where Joseph was responsible for international HR operations and employee engagement. Joseph's career began with HR Assistant roles at Care Principles and Serco, followed by a progression to HR Advisor positions. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton, along with an Associate membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
