Sharon Refael

Sharon Refael is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industries. Currently serving as the Artlist Content Creative Director and Head of Original Footage at Artgrid since October 2021, Sharon has also been a Freelance Creative Manager, Copywriter, Strategic Thinker, Artist, Street Artist, and Illustrator since August 2019, collaborating with brands and startups on storytelling and creative campaigns. Previous roles include VP Creative Director at Gitam BBDO, Executive Creative Director at Team Y&R, and Creative Director at BBR Saatchi & Saatchi, showcasing a strong track record in managing creative teams and complex campaigns for major brands in Israel. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies.
