Klaus Rasche

Klaus Rasche has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and countries. Klaus is currently the CEO and Founder of ARTMO, a Germany-based web development subsidiary in Lisbon, Portugal that serves artists, members, galleries, and universities worldwide. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant at Umj-Life, where they developed a B2C online channel and conducted market research between China and Germany. Klaus also played a role in establishing a subsidiary in Germany.

Klaus Rasche served as the General Manager of Kingenta Ecological Engineering Group Co., Ltd, where they managed the Australian and New Zealand subsidiary and oversaw subsidiary registration in Sydney. In their role as a Senior Operations Manager at LINKO-HR, they coordinated consulting, coaching, and management projects in China, primarily in the automotive industry and with China government departments. Additionally, they were involved in a start-up English B2B online project in LINKO-English.

Klaus Rasche co-founded Gruneberg Wulfes Pty Ltd, an offline and online shop that won a National Business Award within 20 months. Klaus also worked at HanseMerkur Finance as a Director of NBD and Branch Manager, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed HR, franchising, and CRM processes. At Advertising Casting Agency GmbH, they co-founded and managed a casting agency for advertising and movie productions.

Klaus Rasche started their career at Hamburg-Mannheimer Versicherung AG, where they worked their way up from a part-time role to become the youngest branch manager in the company's history. Klaus had responsibilities in three different branches in Hamburg, Harburg, and Neumünster.

Klaus Rasche's education history includes a degree in Business and Economics from the Dr. Buhmann School of Economics & Business, with a field of study in Betriebswirtschaft. Klaus also obtained a degree as a Versicherungsfachmann from Hamburg-Mannheimer Versicherung AG. In addition, Klaus has a degree in Electromechanical Engineering (BEE) from the bbs|me Otto-Brenner Mechanical and Electrical Engineering school. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Karate (DKV graduated) from the DOKAN Sports Institute, with a field of study in Sports Studies.

Additionally, they hold a DAN-Diplom & Trainer Licence from the DKV Deutscher Karate Verband in Germany, obtained in October 2004. Lastly, Klaus completed a certification in "Lead and Expand Franchise Operations" from Deutscher Franchise Verband e.V. in Munich, Germany, in June 1992.
