Jodee Raines is an entrepreneurial philanthropist and nonprofit executive, recognized twice by Crain's Detroit Business for their influence in the region. They served as COO of New Detroit, facilitating a comprehensive organizational restructuring to combat systemic racism. Previously, Jodee was Executive Vice President of Programs and Secretary at the Fred A. and Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation, where they managed significant grant programs and operations. Jodee is currently consulting for private foundations and nonprofits through JFR Consulting and directing administration at ArtOps while pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Wayne State University Law School and a BA in History from the University of Michigan.
