Ingrid Andrade

Ingrid Andrade is a professional in media and content creation with a degree in Journalism. They have extensive experience in accessibility, particularly in descriptive subtitling, transcription, and closed captioning, as well as live caption production using voice recognition software. Currently, Ingrid serves as the Coordinator of Hybrid Media at Artplan, where they develop integrated media plans and manage budgets for the client Detran-SP. Additionally, Ingrid works as a freelancer in accessible audiovisual projects and has held various roles at E3 Comunicação Integrada and SHOWCASE. They are pursuing an MBA in Communication and Media from Universidade Paulista.
