Benoit Cauwe

Benoit Cauwe has extensive work experience in software engineering, consulting, and architecture roles. Benoit is currently employed by Art+Logic as a Senior Software Engineer and MongoDB Consultant, where they work on both backend and frontend development. Prior to that, they worked as a MongoDB Consultant at Apprentice.io.

Benoit has also held managerial positions, serving as the General Manager at Intergonic (White Label Booking). Additionally, they have worked as a Technical Architect & Developer at Mimi.care, and as a System Architect at Kapio Cloud.

Before their current roles, Benoit worked as the owner of Casys, a System Analyst at BNY Mellon, and a System Architect at Pt Investors AG. Benoit also has experience as a Senior Analyst at Electrabel and as an Architect and Data Migration Analyst at Proximus.

Throughout their career, Benoit has demonstrated expertise in various programming languages and databases, including Node.js, Angularjs, Vue, Sybase, Oracle, and PL/SQL. Benoit has worked on projects involving database migration, risk systems, legal reporting, and more.

Benoit Cauwe obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering in Management Informatics from KU Leuven from 1990 to 1995. In addition, they obtained certifications in MongoDB for DBAs and MongoDB for Developers - Python from MongoDB University (10gen) in March 2013.
