A former head of creative for Edelman North America, John is a senior communications executive who has had leadership roles in the advertising, public relations, marketing, and media worlds. He began his career in advertising, working in two of the world’s largest advertising networks, J Walter Thompson and Grey Worldwide. While at JWT he held progressive positions until he led the company in Canada, and Chicago, and ran the Kellogg’s global account. He followed that with a 9-year run as CEO of Grey Canada. His advertising work exposed him to some of the world’s biggest brands in IBM, Kraft, Kellogg’s, Pepsi, and Mitsubishi.

John’s magazine publishing and digital publishing business experience at Transcontinental enabled him to work closely with the media community and some of the largest print brands in the country and most importantly, the ever-evolving world of digital media.
