Marcella Gift

Marcella Gift is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and business management. Currently serving as a Board Member for ArtsConnection since April 2023, Marcella also holds the position of New Business Initiatives Planning Leader at TIAA, where responsibilities include developing and leading the firmwide governance and analytical framework for new products and services. Previously, Marcella worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 2006 to June 2022, where roles spanned from Global Head of Business Management in the Valuation Control Group to various senior positions in program management and wealth management. Prior experience includes an Analyst role at Analysis Group, focusing on econometric and statistical analysis for legal and financial clients. Marcella holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
