Ronee Penoi is a dynamic executive leader, creative producer, and artist with a rich background in the performing arts, spanning over a decade of senior experience. As the current Director of Artistic Programming at ArtsEmerson and Interim Executive Director of the Office of the Arts at Emerson College, Ronee oversees significant operations and budgets while fostering community engagement through transformative cultural experiences. Ronee has previously served as a project manager at the Consensus Building Institute, an artistic fellow at the Shakespeare Theatre Company, and held various roles at Arena Stage and Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company.
