Ray Neeb has extensive work experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry. Ray began their career at Dorney Park in 1994, where they served as a Food Service Area Manager until 1998. In 1999, they joined ArtsQuest as the Director of Operations, a position they held until 2009. Ray then took on the role of Vice President of Facilities and Festivals Management and later became the Senior Vice President of Operations. Ray Neeb has been with ArtsQuest since 1999 and has made significant contributions to the organization's success.
Ray Neeb attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
