Duncan Macrae

Duncan Macrae is a Finance Director with extensive fundraising, M&A, and private equity experience, particularly in technology hardware and software-as-a-service businesses. With a strong background in financial planning, investment appraisal, and team building, Duncan has held executive board positions in four companies and non-executive roles in seven. Currently, Duncan is the founder of Shawara Ltd, providing CFO and advisory services, and serves as CFO for Artus, a pioneering heating and air conditioning solution. Duncan's educational background includes a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
