Hany Salama

Hany Salama is a senior-level operations and commercial executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and consumer health sectors. Hany served as Director of Global Contract Manufacturing at Stiefel from 2006 to 2008, and held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and NeoStrata Company, Inc., ultimately leading global operations at McKesson since 2022. Hany has also acted as an adjunct professor at William Paterson University and Rutgers Business School, and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Stevens Institute of Technology and as an industry advisor for multiple organizations. Presently, Hany is pursuing an MBA at Seton Hall University, an MS.E at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and holds a BE from Stevens Institute of Technology.
