Fran Mason is the Head of Business Excellence at Arum Global, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Director of Operations at the University of Sheffield from 2018 to 2022 and led the Executive Project Management Office at the University of Nottingham from 2013 to 2015. Fran has extensive experience in client delivery and operations management, having held roles at Equifax UK Business and TDX Group between 2015 and 2018.
