Malcolm Kinns

Malcolm Kinns is an experienced leader in education and organizational development, currently serving as Chairperson and Non-Executive Director at Aruma since August 2021. Previously, Kinns was the Chief Executive Officer and founding leader of Generation Australia from July 2019 to October 2024, where significant achievements included expanding beneficiary support from 10 to nearly 2,000 and securing multi-year funding from major philanthropic foundations. Kinns also founded FBOL Solutions, providing consultancy for universities on online learning strategies, and held various directorial roles at Edinburgh Business School, overseeing operations across Asia, Oceania, and Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Additionally, Kinns contributed to educational growth strategies at Ella Bache and directed online learning initiatives at Think Education Group and Thomson Education, managing substantial revenues and operational frameworks. Kinns earned a BEng(Hons) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
