Roxanne Higgins

Roxanne Higgins is the Executive General Manager of Therapy at Aruma, where they currently lead initiatives aimed at achieving high-quality sustainable outcomes within the community sector. Roxanne has extensive experience in for-purpose organizations, having previously served as Director of Operations at Noah's Ark Australia and held various executive roles at Scope, including Project Lead for NDIS Readiness. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and service innovation, Roxanne successfully managed significant budgets and led strategic developments across multiple organizations. Roxanne is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Psychology from Flinders University, a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Education from Monash University.
