Pebru Yuwono

Pebru Yuwono is a food technology professional specializing in thermal processing, canning, and frozen food, with extensive experience in the fisheries sector. They currently serve as the QA/QC Manager at Aruna, the largest integrated fisheries commerce, after spending nearly two decades as the QC Manager at PT Kelola Mina Laut. Pebru holds a degree in Food Technology from Universitas Brawijaya and graduated cum laude from Bogor Agricultural University with a focus on Food Technology and Processing.
