Randy Lorena Candra

Randy Lorena Candra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the seafood supply chain and community development. Currently serving as the Coordinator Regional Manager at Aruna since February 2020, Randy leads integrated supply chain teams to enhance seafood supply across Central Indonesia, focusing on increasing registered fishermen in collaboration with the Community Development team. Prior roles include Branch Manager and Area Manager at Aruna, where responsibilities included generating revenue, expanding seafood markets, and controlling product quality. Randy has also contributed as a young teacher with the Indonesia Teaching Movement, a researcher with the Peatland and Mangrove Restoration Agency, and an intern at the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center. Randy holds a degree in Resource Management from The University of Riau.
