Aaron Lillis

Aaron Lillis is currently the Resilience Security & Risk Lead VIC at Arup, where they provide strategic and practical guidance on building resilience against crime and terrorism-related threats. Aaron has previously worked as a Senior Risk and Security Consultant at Arup, along with roles at Diabetes Australia - VIC, Bridge of Hope Innocence Initiative, Superpartners, and Pearson. They hold a Master’s Degree from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Their expertise includes crime prevention through environmental design, threat assessments, and counter-terrorism consultancy services.
