Adrian Higgins is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in civil and highways design and project leadership roles. Currently serving as the NSW/ACT Roads & Streets Business Leader and Associate at Arup, Adrian has a proven track record of delivering high-quality design outcomes across multiple complex multidisciplinary projects. With a strong foundation in alignment design and effective design coordination, Adrian has successfully managed civil works packages and has a passion for innovative and safe design solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Mepstead & Associates, ACOR Consultants Pty Ltd, and Arup, where Adrian developed expertise in both design and project management. Adrian holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diploma in Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
