Akell Alhambra is an experienced HR professional specializing in Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Change, and Transformation. With a robust background in Talent Acquisition and HR, Akell has driven significant D&I initiatives at ByteDance for the APAC and AUNZ regions while previously leading Change and HR strategies at Kerry across APMEA Finance. Akell earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Guidance & Counseling from St. Scholastica’s in Manila and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and Employment Relations from the Singapore Human Resources Institute. Currently, Akell is the APAC Lead for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Arup.
