Alan Jennat

Alan Jennat serves as the Global Group Director of Financial Accounting, FP&A, and ESG at Arup, leading financial reporting and overseeing teams responsible for statutory, finance, management accounting, and ESG matters since March 2006. Previously, Alan held the position of CFO for the Americas Region, managing strategic planning and various finance activities as part of the Executive Team. Prior roles include Director of Finance for the West Region at Constellation Energy, where Alan oversaw financial operations for a new division with significant investments in diverse power technologies, and Controller for South America at Sempra Energy, leading finance and accounting for a substantial business unit. Alan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies from Columbia University and degrees in Latin American Studies (Economics) and Accounting from San Diego State University.
