Alex Barron

Alex Barron is an accomplished Project Controls Manager at Arup, leading Project Controls for the Design House Joint Venture on the HS2 project, valued at approximately £40.3 billion. With a strong background in project controls, Alex has previously served as a Senior Project Controls Engineer, providing critical insights to the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on forecast accuracy and expenditure analysis.
