Alex Edwards

Associate Principal | Structural Engineering Practice Leader for Australia and New Zealand

Alex Edwards is an articulate structural engineer with a keen interest in all aspects of the built environment. Currently serving as a National Congress Delegate for Engineers Australia, Alex is also a member of the Structural College Board. Previously, they held the position of Associate Principal and Structural Engineering Practice Leader for Australia and New Zealand at Arup, where they contributed to numerous landmark projects, including the Sydney Opera House Joan Sutherland Theatre Upgrade and the Southern Star Observation Wheel. Alex earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at the same institution.
