Alex Johnson

Alex Johnson is a Facade Engineer at Arup, where responsibilities have included graduate-level engineering work since January 2021. Prior to this role, Alex gained practical experience as a self-employed site labourer, contributing to the construction of a self-build house, which enhanced understanding of building site operations. Earlier experience includes positions as a Stock Assistant at Tesco and Next, and as a Busser at Gusto, where skills in customer service, time management, and attention to detail were developed. Alex holds an MEng in Architectural Engineering and Design with a focus on Sustainable Design from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2020.
