Alexander Tsui is a project engineer specializing in infrastructure engineering and digital project management, with extensive experience on mega-scale infrastructure projects across East Asia. They were selected as one of the eight protégés under the HKIE President's Protégé Scheme in 2016-2017, shadowing the president and engaging in initiatives to promote the engineering community.
