Alexis Harrison

Alexis Harrison is an experienced professional in the built environment, currently serving as an Associate at Arup since June 2008, where efforts are focused on promoting the use of innovative, low-impact materials and methods in construction. Prior to this role, Alexis worked at Ibstock Brick Ltd from December 2001 to May 2008 as a Product Innovation Manager, developing new products in clay manufacturing, and as a Design Advisor, providing guidance on brickwork and terracotta materials. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Furniture Designer and Seller at De La Espada from January 1998 to October 2001, contributing to the establishment of a contemporary furniture brand. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture from the University of Brighton and an HND in Spatial Design from Bournemouth and Poole College of Art & Design.
