Alice Smith is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental assessment and project management. Currently serving as the NSW/ACT Environment Team Leader at Arup since October 2017, Alice leads environmental impact assessments and manages significant infrastructure projects such as the Central Precinct Renewal and Canberra Light Rail. Prior to this role, Alice contributed as a Principal Environmental Consultant at Jacobs, focusing on nationally significant infrastructure projects and overseeing multi-disciplinary teams. Previous positions include Senior Environmental Consultant at the Department of Planning and Infrastructure and Environmental Scientist/Planner at Sinclair Knight Merz. Alice holds a Master's degree in Environmental Law and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science (Honors) from the University of Sydney.
