Amy Townsend

Amy Townsend is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Arup, where they lead the implementation and delivery of a new Global People System across the Europe region. With over 15 years of experience in various HR roles, Amy has worked at organizations including the National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement, where they focused on developing strategies for student volunteering and public engagement in higher education. Prior to their current role, Amy served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Arup and has held multiple HR positions across different institutions, including the NHS and the University of Warwick. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southampton.
