Amy Waickman (Lomas) is currently the Global Head of Benefits at Arup. Previously, they worked at Accenture as a Global Total Rewards Manager, where they developed and implemented global benefits strategies for over 700,000 people across 60 countries. Amy also served as an International Senior Actuarial Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, managing relationships for 13 clients in 37 countries. Their earlier roles include positions at Mercer as an International Consulting Analyst and Gallagher Benefit Services as an Associate Underwriting Consultant. Amy holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Loyola University Chicago.
