Andrew Grime

Andrew Grime is a Chartered Structural Engineer currently working at Arup in Perth as a Senior Engineer and Offshore Wind Technical Lead, where they focus on the technical analysis and design of renewable energy and civil infrastructure. Previously, Andrew was a Senior Research Fellow at The University of Western Australia, leading a research cluster in energy infrastructure design. They have extensive experience in structural engineering, having worked on various projects including mining, LNG expansions, and offshore structures, with a PhD from the University of Cambridge addressing extreme response prediction in marine environments. Additionally, Andrew served as an Associate Lecturer and Lecturer at The University of Western Australia, teaching courses in structural analysis and design.
