Andrew Jenkins serves as the Associate Director and leader of Arup Transport Consulting in the Arup West sub-region, encompassing the Bristol, Cardiff, and Belfast offices. With a tenure at Arup since September 1995, Andrew holds the position of Director and has extensive experience in transport-related projects and proposals, including areas such as transport modelling, highways, public transport, rail, access, road safety, design, and economic appraisal.
