Andrew Whitehead is a Senior Consultant at Arup since July 2023, previously holding the same title at Ipsos Public Affairs from August 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing evaluation projects to assess the effectiveness of public policies. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an Economist at Optimity Advisors Europe from October 2018 to August 2019, focusing on developing financial and economic models, and at Mekong Economics from September 2015 to April 2017, engaging in monitoring and evaluation projects. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Leicester.
