Andy Belcham, a graduate of Loughborough University with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, has been a prominent figure at Arup since February 1993, serving as a Director leading Multidisciplinary Rail Teams in the North West and Yorkshire Group, as well as holding various key roles including UK Rail System Team Operational Leader and Project Director. Prior to this, Andy gained experience as a Site Engineer at Midland Oak during a sandwich year, contributing to projects before the company ceased operations during the last recession.
