Andy Pennington has over three decades of experience in engineering and business development within the energy and industrial sectors. Andy held various strategic roles at AMEC and Amec Foster Wheeler, including Business Development Director and Strategy Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included delivering significant contracts and developing business strategies for nuclear and oil & gas markets. At Costain, Andy served as Strategy and Business Development Director, formulating strategic business plans across multiple energy sectors. Currently, Andy leads the Science, Industry and Technology business at Arup, managing the Liverpool office and focusing on commercial and technical excellence. Andy's academic background includes a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey and an Executive MBA from Cranfield University.
