Annie Lam

Annie Lam is an experienced stakeholder engagement consultant at Arup, where engagement services are provided to a variety of clients across sectors, focusing on infrastructure, energy systems, and sustainability initiatives since May 2022. Prior to this role, Annie spent over a decade at MTR Corporation Limited, serving as External Affairs Manager, where strategic stakeholder engagement with government and community entities was a key responsibility. Earlier positions include Assistant PR Manager and Senior PR Executive at MTR, with responsibilities ranging from managing council relationships to supporting communication strategies for new railway projects. Annie's career began with roles at Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd, Ketchum Newscan PR Ltd, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, and Shing Hin Catering Group. Annie holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Lingnan University.
