Ashley Motta

Ashley Motta possesses extensive experience in research and program management, particularly within the fields of sustainability, urban planning, and social policy. Beginning as a Research Assistant at the Rutgers Climate Institute, notable roles have included Sustainability and Planning Intern for the Town of Ithaca, and Senior Research Analyst at Econsult Solutions, where spatial and statistical analyses were conducted for various studies. Ashley's leadership as Program Manager at the Reinvestment Fund involved overseeing a significant portfolio of school expansion projects. Further contributions were made as Senior Research Manager at the University of Chicago Urban Labs, where coordination of research teams and communication of insights to policymakers were key responsibilities. Currently, Ashley serves as the Impact Lead at DTU Earthbound while also working as an Applied Research Fellow at Charity Entrepreneurship/AIM.
