Belinda Stephenson

Belinda Stephenson is an experienced professional in learning and organization development, currently serving as Associate Director for Learning & Organisation Development at Arup since March 2023. Prior to this role, Belinda took a career break from June 2021 to March 2023. From September 2006 to June 2021, significant contributions were made at Roche in various leadership roles in Learning and Development across Roche Pharmaceuticals and Roche Diagnostics in the UK. Earlier experience includes positions at T-Mobile from May 1999 to September 2006, including Training Manager Corporate & Professional and Senior Training Advisor. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of Derby, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
